Adelante is proud to announce the launch of our newest initiative, Mujer Empoderada (Empowered Woman). Designed specifically to address the unique challenges female entrepreneurs face, this program combines tailored financial solutions with comprehensive training in business management, leadership, and personal finance.

Through Mujer Empoderada, our Education Department provides women with the strategic guidance needed to turn small ventures into sustainable, thriving enterprises. By building confidence alongside financial capability, the program ensures that participants are fully equipped to navigate the market, make sound credit decisions, and lead their businesses with authority.

Empowering the Next Generation: Financial Education in Siguatepeque

Building a strong financial future begins with knowledge, and cultivating responsible habits early in life is one of the most effective ways to drive long-term economic independence.

Recently, Adelante hosted an interactive financial education workshop at Instituto Técnico Maximiliano Garza in Siguatepeque, Honduras. These sessions are an integral part of our Semilla Financiera (Financial Seed) program, which focuses on demystifying the world of credit and personal finance for local youth. The workshop offered students essential tools to make informed, confident decisions as they prepare to step into adulthood and the workforce.

In the Morning: Gear up, pack the essentials, and secure the helmet. Rain or shine, the community is waiting.

In the Afternoon: On the move between neighborhoods. The backpack holds the tools, but the advisor brings the empathy.

By Evening: Heading back after a long day of changing lives, one stop at a time.
