We are a non profit inviting community service minded folk to join us as we help create a better world for everyone. Rotary International is an international service organization whose stated purpose is to bring together business and professional leaders in order to provide humanitarian service and to advance goodwill and peace around the world. We are a Rotary Club based in New York City, USA. We
are called the Queensborough West Rotary Club and we belong to Rotary International District 7255, in the state of New York. Many of our members are Filipinos. Our Club here in the US is looking to make an impact in nearby local communities particularly in the areas of Literacy and Health Assistance. As a way of paying it forward, our club also seeks to assist select elementary public schools throughout the third world, by meeting their needs particularly in the areas of providing basic learning supplies, developing a library, and improving toilet/rest room facilities, providing water supply, all with sustainability as a focus. We seek service-hearted individuals to join our Club. We would also be interested in projects that you may know of which we can assist you with locally or overseas.
