HELP K9 RILEY ON HER ROAD TO RECOVERY 🐾❤️
Our brave four-legged partner, K9 Riley, needs our community's help. She recently had to undergo a major, highly extensive surgery to treat a torn cranial cruciate ligament (CCL) in her back leg. Riley is a fighter, but she has a long road ahead of her, with a strict recovery time of 8 to 12 weeks of careful rest and rehabilitation.
Many people don't know that the Monroe County Sheriff's Office K9 Unit is funded entirely by community donations and fundraisers. These elite dogs protect our community every single day, and they rely completely on the generosity of citizens like you to stay on the streets.
We have set a fundraising goal of $5,500 to cover the immense costs of Riley's surgical procedure, anesthesia, hospital stay, medications, and rehabilitation.
If our goal is met, please know that every single cent raised afterward will go directly into a dedicated fund for the Monroe County Sheriff's Office K9 Unit. These extra proceeds will be used strictly to support the other K9 teams with training, life-saving equipment, medical care, and any necessary operating expenses.
Riley has always had our backs—now it’s our turn to have hers. Please consider donating to help get our hero back on her paws.

The Monroe County Dog Pound is raffling off a steel sided muddy blind, details on what is included are listed on the flyer.

Each ticket is $40 and there will only be 250 tickets sold. ALL proceeds go to the dog pound to help care for our furry friends!

Come out to Tractor Supply in Woodsfield to support your favorite K-9s from 10 a.m. until sold out. Bags of the K-9s’ favorite food will be available for purchase, along with delicious desserts and hot dogs with sauce.
