Shutdown Update | 2/25/2026

The partial government shutdown affecting the Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Coast Guard continues as we approach the next pay period for Active Duty servicemembers and Civilian Employees on Feb. 27.

CGMA is ready.

Applications for shutdown assistance are open: mycgma.org/shutdown-loan

If a paycheck is missed on Feb. 27, eligible applications will be processed beginning March 2.

Additional Info:
- Members are eligible for an interest-free loan up to one full net paycheck (most recent deposit), maximum $6,000
- Spouses may apply on behalf of deployed or unavailable members
- No credit check required
