Our members are dedicated to serving OUR community. This morning we donated a trunk full of toys. We also have the pleasure of cooking breakfast for Woodland PD’s Fill the Trunk Toy Drive, where kiddos get to have Kiwanis pancakes with Santa.

Junior Giants in Woodland is one of the many youth programs we are involved in. We were honored to give a game day style bbq for all the players and their families. We served over 300 hot dogs today.

On a beautiful Sunday afternoon, the members of the Woodland Kiwanis Club gathered at Bob Young and Kris Rominger's "Rancho del Sol y Sombra" for barbecued hamburgers and hot dogs with ice cream for dessert. Jeff Kunz led us in some friendly competition games of Bingo. It was a chance to talk and get to know each other better so Kiwanis can be a strong team as we go forward in supporting kids and seniors in our community

The Digital Minds Robotics Club members from all the Woodland High Schools provided a program and demonstration of their competition robot at the Woodland Kiwanis Club meeting on June 3rd. The Robotics Club members design, build, and program a competition robot to national specifications and then compete at regional, State, and national levels. The Woodland Club received many awards and accolades this year. The Woodland Kiwanis Club supports their efforts and Steve Harris presented them with a check for $2,000 at the end of their presentation.
