The Sacramento Valley Chapter (SVC) of the California Dressage Society, was established in 1969 and was the fourth Chapter formed after San Francisco, East Bay, and Los Angeles. The SVCCDS is a non-profit organization of horse enthusiasts who are particularly interested in promoting the sport of Dressage, with interests ranging from dressage to almost all sporthorse-related endeavors including eve
nting and breeding. The chapter provides an environment where equestrians who are interested in Dressage can gather together to exchange ideas, develop activities and events, and to help each other enjoy horses and horseback riding.
