Pacific Gas and Electric stepping up (again) to make a positive impact on our students! These poles will be used to light our practice field and give all our athletes extra practice time.

Our students asked Mr. Miller what they were supposed to do without their phones? He handed them some cards and well…the rest is history. Our Cardinals are stepping up to support our new policy and we could not be more proud of them.

We started an Ag Mechanics program trusting that God would provide all that we need. He is faithful! Thanks to Donna Wandler ‘s dad (91 years old), we have a bunch of needed equipment.

Here are some carpool tips going into the school year!

✅ ES families using Cardinal Way to pick up their kids should stage on Sports Park Drive and the golf cart will guide you in (similar to the way they use the pace car to get the Indy 500 started).

❌ You can’t cut in front of the golf cart or wait in front of the gate to avoid using our staging area. It’s not kind and well….we like to be kind.

❌ You can’t push your kids out of the car in front of the ES/PS. It holds up traffic and well….its kind of unsafe.

✅ You can park and walk your ES students onto campus.

✅ You can drive down Cardinal Way and let your kids out by the MPR. Please be sure to pull forward!

❌ You can’t make a left turn out of our main entrance. If you need to head to Sports Park Drive, head left down towards the MS/HS, use the right pass-through lane, and make the left turn at our main exit.

✅ Blinkers and following the directions of the Airboss saves lives.

❌ You can’t stop in the far right pass-through lane to pick up your kids at the MS/HS.

✅ Fill in by using the far left lane in front of the MS/HS. Studies show it is just as quick as using the middle lane , and gets more people in the queue.

✅ If you are picking up MS/HS students, consider using the Secret Carpool Lane (SCL) on the south side of gym. Enter via the very South Gate, drive through the lot and use the S/S gym to pick up your kids.

❌ You can’t use the HS student parking area (located on the W/S of gym) to drop off or pick up kids. Why would you want to expose your beautiful car to a bunch of novice drivers? As Mrs. Gamboni says, “That’s a hard no Mr. Hargadon!l

What do you do when you have orientations, FFA responsibilities at the fair, senior activities, and still have to practice? You start at 6AM. Talk about dedication for our Woodland Christian High School Volleyball Program athletes and coaches! We see you putting in the hard work and we are Cardinals proud!
