All Aeries & Auxiliaries are now cleared to file their 990s. We have received word that the IRS issue has been resolved and you are now able to file.

Brothers and Sisters,

All Aeries and Auxiliaries will be required to file an extension for the 990 with the IRS this year
because of the ongoing issue with the exemption list.

The IRS is currently in the process of rebuilding the group exemption list. Until that's complete,
Aeries and Auxiliaries are unable to file any form of the 990.

The Grand Aerie will notify all Aeries and Auxiliaries when you are cleared to file the 990.

This issue is out of the Grand Aerie's control and thus we are subject to the IRS' timeline for
correcting the issue. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this
unfortunate situation.
