Concilio of Yolo County The Mexican American Concilio of Yolo County is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that awards 56 scholarships per year to graduating high school students.

Edgar Lampkin Since 1998 and including this year (2014-15), the Concilio will have awarded 750 scholarships. Our goal is to award 1,000 by 2020. We have one major fundraiser each October. Our next event, the 2015 Annual

Concilio Recognition Dinner and Scholarship Fundraiser will be held October 17th, 2015 at the Woodland Community Center at 5:30 pm. At that time we will honor 14 students, two from each comprehensive high school in Yolo County. We acquire 120 sponsors. Our sold out attendance is 400. We serve 13 schools including Woodland HS, Pioneer HS, Cache Creek HS, Davis HS, Da Vinci Charter School, King HS, Esparto HS, Winters HS, River City HS and Yolo HS in West Sacramento, Delta HS in Clarksburg, Woodland Community College and UC Davis.
