The YMCA’s Youth & Government program is designed to empower high school students to become leaders through model California legislation and civic engagement. Maribel, a returning delegate, shares that, “It was wonderful to hear different thoughts, perspectives, and shared experiences. I am grateful I was able to feel that way and have a space to express myself.”
