Today is White Cane Safety Day, also known as White Cane Awareness Day. 🦯

Today we celebrate the right of blind people to travel freely and independently, a right protected by White Cane laws in all 50 states.

At Wayfinder's Special Education School, students ages 5–22 with moderate-to-severe disabilities find learning, community, safety and belonging.

More children grow up in safe, loving homes.

Through family-focused prevention programs, caregivers gain the tools to build stronger, more nurturing homes and reduce the risk of foster care placement.

Last year, 97% of families who completed our program remained stable, with no children entering foster care one year after discharge.
