Today on campus we celebrated Philippine Independence Day, commemorating the country’s declaration of independence from Spain in 1898. Today marks 128 years since that historic moment, and we're proud to celebrate with our long-term care residents through a vibrant cultural program led by Activities team member Denise K, alongside fellow staff, volunteers, and community members. The highlight of the celebration was a beautiful traditional Philippine dance that brought energy and joy to all in attendance. The festivities continued with delicious Filipino food and refreshments!
