When I was writing George Birnbach's professional description for this post, I wanted to write, "Understated Awesomeness," "An Entrepreneur's King Midas," or just, "World Class Human," but I settled on a more professional title.

But seriously--today I'm geeking out as I introduce you to George Birnbach, because I'm a total fan girl.

If you are an entrepreneur/small business owner looking for a world class business coach who has a gift (that he has no ego about, because it's just natural for him) with visualizing and creating business systems (and life systems) and strategies, George is your man.

And when it comes his simple, yet powerful talk, I'll say that this message inspired our whole team to prep for the stage. And, beyond that? George was generous, supportive, and simply amazing to work with.

Here's what I've learned, folks. If George Birnbach starts a sentence with, "Well, really, it's simple . . ." or "Here's an idea . . ." grab a pencil and paper and take notes, because what's coming will be a simultaneously simple and brilliant solution that will save you hours of struggle and lead to more efficient and powerful success.

I'll stop the raving and end this post by saying, "You do you, George" (because you're simply amazing) and "follow your fun. . . ."

You guys need to sit down as I introduce Jeffrey Weiss, who is larger than life! You won't get to see it on the video, but those of us who were there live know that from the moment he made his grand entrance to the moment he left the stage, Jeffrey makes a big impact.

As a life stylist, I have to give Jeffrey serious props for knowing and owning his signature style. And if you think that just applies to the stage, you'd be wrong. Jeffrey lives life 100% and even supplied Tanja Diamond with her vest.

His heart is as big as his style, and his message about how to be a more effective volunteer resonated with me on many levels, as I've been on both sides of volunteering. In 2012, my neighborhood was hit with what was called a "100 year storm" that resulted in a massive mudslide. As hundreds of volunteers donated hundreds of hours helping those affected, I witnessed the importance of the volunteering principles Jeffrey hits on in his talk.

When my symptoms of my chronic illness hit, I found myself on the receiving end of lots of volunteer service--for which I'm extremely grateful, and which also gave me greater appreciation for Jeffrey's experience and insight he provides. If you work with volunteers or engage in volunteer service yourself (I highly recommend it--it's good for the heart ;), Jeffrey Weiss's message is a must watch when it goes live!

Today I get to introduce you to the reason that the majority of our group pictures from are of the back of my head. It's because I was standing next to my dear friend and partner-in-crime, Corinna Fales.

This woman is a seriously a force to be reckoned with. She is a powerful speaker and adds a powerful voice to the topics of race, political correctness, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. If you're looking for a speaker to educate and inspire your group or organization, Corinna will not disappoint.

Plus, she is just a fabulously unapologetic and 100% authentic human being, which is something I appreciate and adore. I have found a life-long friend in Corinna, and because we are two white girls from the inner city who feel passionate about the need for and power of inclusion, understanding, and diversity, I'm hoping our paths cross many times in the future.

Her talk was awesome, and I can't wait to share it with you when it goes live! (I'll keep you posted. . . .)
