Monday, August 24th 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm– SMART RECOVERY - An evidence-based peer support program that focuses on practical tools to help people manage substance use, stress, and other life challenges. Its straightforward, problem-solving approach tends to resonate with people who are looking for real-world tools they can apply in everyday life.
Monday, August 31st – 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm – Alcoholics Anonymous Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of people who come together to solve their drinking problem. This group follows the 12 Step principals. Membership is open to any FRAP members who wants to do something about their drinking problem. A.A.’s primary purpose is to help alcoholics to achieve sobriety.
Monday, September 7th – 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm – Narcotics Anonymous - Founded in 1953, describes itself as a "nonprofit fellowship or society of men and women for whom drugs had become a major problem. Narcotics Anonymous uses a 12-step model developed for people with varied substance use disorders and is the second-largest 12-step organization, after 12-step pioneer Alcoholics Anonymous.
