Took the day off and spent it with a bunch of HEROES! The LUCAS Foundation delivered snack and drink packages to local police departments in our area in honor of National Police Week. Thank you so much for everything you do. Big thanks to Deputy Chief Starzec for all your help today and everyday!

lle, MI. Detroit River temperature is 33 degrees.
Less than a week to go! I'm ready, how about you? If I can do it, l know you all can. Stayed in for 7 minutes this morning!
Thank you sooo much to Julie and Bay Saunas of Grosse lle. We were lucky to be able try out her new portable, self-contained sauna after we came out of the river. It was a perfect warm up after 7 minutes in 33-degree water! Julie and Bay Saunas will be onsite next Saturday as well so you all can warm up too!
