Long Island Cranx Foundation Long Island Cranx Foundation (LICF) was founded to attach a higher purpose to "Epic Rides".

“EPIC RIDES FOR A CAUSE”

On April 9th, 2022, The Long Island Cranx Foundation will embark on: “THE EPIC HIGH-FIVE “ ultra-endurance mountain bike ride for Stony Brook’s Hospital Child Life Services and The Pediatric Emergency Expansion program. All donations will be going directly to Stony Brook Hospital programs where heroic essential workers strive to support, aid and heal the wonderful children in our Suffolk Country, New York community.

🌙 Long Island Cranx Foundation Night LEAD UP Ride at Cathedral Pines 🚴‍♂️🍕

Get ready to light up the trails! Join us this Friday, October 17th, 6 PM – 12 AM, for an unforgettable night ride at Cathedral Pines leading into the Long Island Mountain Bike Festival weekend.

✨ What to Expect:
• Group leaders will be at the trailhead every hour on the hour to guide you through the dark wilderness.
• 🔦 Don’t forget your lights! Night riding is a whole new adventure.
• 🍕 Enjoy pizza during or after your ride to refuel and relax with fellow riders.
• ⛺ Camping is available at designated spots in Cathedral Pines for those who want to make it a full weekend experience.

Come for the ride, stay for the community — and kick off the festival in style under the stars! 🌌

When: Friday, 6 PM – 12 AM October 17th
Where: Cathedral Pines County Park
Who: Riders of all levels looking for fun, food, and adventure
