✨ Exciting News for the Future of Miss Cannon County✨

I am thrilled to share some exciting personal and organizational news!

Recently, I was honored to be selected as a Local Executive Director within the Miss America Organization. This opportunity represents an exciting new chapter in my pageant journey and allows me to continue serving young women throughout the Upper Cumberland region through one of the most recognized scholarship organizations in the country.

As a result of this new role, I am unable to maintain affiliations with multiple national pageant systems. Therefore, Miss Cannon County will no longer serve as an official preliminary competition to the Tennessee Festivals/AmeriFest system.

Miss Cannon County will continue to serve as an important community event while also supporting the growth and success of the Miss Upper Cumberland organization. Proceeds from the pageant will help fund scholarships, programming, and opportunities for contestants throughout the Upper Cumberland region.

I want to be clear that Miss Cannon County is not going away. In fact, I am more excited than ever about its future! Miss Cannon County will continue as an independent community pageant dedicated to celebrating confidence, service, leadership, and personal achievement for contestants of all ages.

I am incredibly grateful to Tennessee Festivals and AmeriFest for the opportunities, friendships, and memories that have been created through our partnership. I have nothing but respect and appreciation for the organization and look forward to continuing to support its contestants and directors.

This transition is simply the result of a wonderful new opportunity and the next step in my own growth as a director.

I am also excited to continue building the Miss Upper Cumberland organization and look forward to hosting the second annual Miss Upper Cumberland competition this November in Smithville, Tennessee.

Thank you to every contestant, parent, sponsor, volunteer, judge, and supporter who has helped make Miss Cannon County what it is today. Your support has made these opportunities possible, and I cannot wait to see what the future holds.

We kicked off our day here at the Miss Tennessee Festivals Pageant celebrating some very special moments! 👑✨

The morning began with the announcement of the Program Book Award winners, including Cover Model, Photogenic, and Theme Photo. We were so proud to see several of our girls recognized, alongside the amazing 2024 and 2025 Miss Cannon Co girls who were represented as well.

We also enjoyed the talent competition, and let me tell you — Cannon County showed up! Our contestants did an incredible job showcasing their hard work, confidence, and talents on stage.

So proud of these girls and the way they are representing Miss Cannon County this weekend! 💙
