The Bash for Brains is happening TONIGHT, and we can’t wait to see you there! Check out the event map to plan your night and make the most of this incredible event. From VIP entrances to shuttle locations, we’ve got you covered.
Here are a few quick reminders to make sure you're ready to roll:

🚌 Parking & Shuttle:
Park at Bailey Elementary School (4125 Woodlane Drive, Woodbury, MN) and hop on the free shuttle running from 6:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. VIPs, don’t forget your parking code!

🎟️ Admission:
Make sure to have your email confirmation ready at check-in. VIP guests, you can check in at the back entrance or the main registration area.

💳 Cashless Event:
Add your credit card to your Givesmart account before you arrive for quick and easy bidding.

👗 Dress Code:
It’s a whiteout! Rock your white attire in honor of the first survivor of Alzheimer’s, or grab a white Bash hoodie at the event if you need something stylish and comfy.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: Bash for Brains
We’re so excited to see you at the event tomorrow, here are a few key details you need to know:

Tickets & Admission : If you’ve purchased more than one ticket or received comp tickets as a sponsor, you MUST assign each ticket to a guest in Givesmart. This is crucial for smooth entry—don’t skip it! Have your email confirmation ready at registration. You’ll receive a text to pre-check in, which will allow you to use the expedited check-in line. Don’t forget—you must register upon arrival to get your wristband and access the event.

VIP Ticket Holders: VIP registration will be available at both the back entrance near VIP parking and at the General Admission area. Check in at either spot to get your VIP wristband. VIP ticket holders and sponsors have special parking behind the Huxtable Residence on Glen Road. Watch your email for your parking code—VIP parking closes at 8:00 p.m.

Parking & Shuttle: Free parking is available at Bailey Elementary School (4125 Woodlane Drive, Woodbury, MN 55129) with a shuttle running from 6:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Attire: This year’s theme is a “whiteout,” symbolizing the first survivor of Alzheimer’s. White attire is admired but not required. No white? No worries! You can grab a white Bash hoodie at the event.

Cashless Event: Remember, this is a cashless event. Be sure to add your credit card info to your Givesmart account ahead of time to save yourself time at the event.
