How it works: So, basically the truck arrives and if you are able to come help unload, that’s great. If you can’t, just come to pick up your stuff that day. We unload the delivery into our driveway or the garage (if it’s raining). There are signs laid out in the driveway with the last names of the customers. As we unload the truck, you check the box label and place the item by the correct plaque. I count the items and make sure everything’s accounted for. That’s it. Due to the fluctuating delivery times, many people haven’t been able to make it to unload. It’s helpful if you can but I understand that not everyone can.
