El 28 de abril de 2025, presentamos una demanda, junto con otras organizaciones comunitarias y religiosas, el Departamento de Seguridad Nacional, así como sus agencias ICE y CBP. Estamos luchando para restablecer las protecciones para escuelas, hospitales, espacios de reunión comunitaria e iglesias, tanto en Oregón como en todo el país. Las redadas en lugares seguros desestabilizan a las familias y a los niños, y destruyen la confianza mantiene unidas a nuestras comunidades.

¡NO AL ICE EN ESCUELAS, HOSPITALES NI IGLESIAS!

La demanda sigue en curso y estamos a la espera de la decisión del juez.

On April 28, 2025 we filed a lawsuit alongside other community and faith organizations against the Department of Homeland Security and its agencies ICE and CBP. We are fighting to restore protections for schools, hospitals, community gatherings, and churches—in Oregon and nationwide. Raids on places of safety destabilize families and children, and shatter the trust and security that hold our communities together.

NO ICE IN SCHOOLS, HOSPITALS, OR CHURCHES.

The lawsuit is still ongoing, and we are awaiting the judge’s decision.

Durante los últimos seis meses, nos hemos unido en jornadas de acción.

El 1 de mayo marcó el comienzo de nuestro avance conjunto, de nuestra lucha diaria y de nuestra unidad inquebrantable.

De ahora en adelante, seguiremos luchando manteniéndonos activos, apoyándonos mutuamente y, por supuesto, ¡votando!

¡Asegúrate de estar registrado para votar y de enviar tu boleta antes del 19 de mayo!

May 1st marked the beginning of us moving together, fighting every day, and remaining united.

Moving forward, we fight by staying engaged, supporting each other, and of course, voting!
