MIND & BODY WELLNESS WORKSHOP

Friday the 25th, from 6:30–7:30 PM (arrive by 6:15p).

We will be:

Practicing Slow Flow + Yoga in the Park
This workshop will be at the Alvin P. Williams Waterfront Park in Sewaren.

Bring the following:
Yoga mat
Yoga props (if needed)
Blanket
Pillow
Water
Be sure to dress warmly since we're in the Fall season.
