Hi, thanks for asking! The CEW IV Foundation is a nonprofit youth organization dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of our youth and helping them become purposeful, responsible, and productive members of their communities thru youth forums, scholarships and mentorship.
We created the foundation to honor the memory and legacy of Clyde Elton Woodroffe IV, who was taken from us too soon in a motor vehicle accident.

The CEW IV Foundation is proud to announce that our own Maxine Kelly-Snoddy has been selected to receive the 2025–2026 Citizen of the Year Award at the Purple Ascension Gala, sponsored by the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity.
