Countdown to Indoor Season ⏳

Lock in the date and join us for the 2nd Annual Lightning Winter Track Classic on Sunday, January 10, 2027 at the Virginia Beach Sports Complex.

Youth and High School divisions compete in sprint, distance, and field events, all under winter lights and a high-energy vibe.

We don't believe in off season. We believe in the season where the work gets put in before anyone's watching — and that's exactly what XL is built for.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Training Groups: 7th/8th Grade & High School
Sessions: 12 total
Format: Semi-private group training
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6-8pm (your specific time slot will be sent after you register)
Season: August 25 - October 22, 2026

Spots are limited — we keep our groups semi-private on purpose, so the coaching stays sharp and every athlete gets seen.

If your athlete is serious about coming back faster and stronger next season, this is where that starts.

Dale City Lightning is gearing up to march in the legendary Dale City July 4th Parade — the oldest parade in the country! 🇺🇸

We would love for our entire Lightning family to join us — current athletes, alumni, siblings, parents, and supporters are all welcome!

This is one of our favorite traditions and such a fun way to kick off the summer, represent Team Lightning, and enjoy time with our Lightning family outside of competition.
