Please avoid walking under the tree at this time. A service ticket will be opened on Monday to have the tree removed as soon as they are able. Thank you.

Please disregard any confusion caused by the automated messages, which did not clearly communicate the annual and monthly meeting schedule on Wednesday, May 27, 2026.

This notice is to confirm that the second attempt of the 2026 Annual Meeting and the previously scheduled May Board of Directors Meeting will both take place on:

Twin Oaks Farm Clubhouse (2798 White Birch Ct)

Registration for the Annual Meeting will begin at 6:30PM. The Annual Meeting will be called to order promptly at 7:00 PM.

If you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting and have not already provided it, please return your proxy. The proxy may be assigned to a Board Member or to a neighbor who will be present. If left unassigned, it will be counted for quorum only (this is key to ensuring that the annual meeting can be held). Your proxy does not have to be assigned to another resident or board member, simply submitting without designation will allow it to be accounted for quorum purposes..

The Association must have representation of 25% of the community, either in person or by proxy, to conduct the
Annual Meeting.

Immediately following adjournment of the Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors will call to order the May Monthly Board of Directors Meeting.

For all Twin Oaks Farm Residents:

Dear Residents,

This notice is a reminder that ALL motorized vehicles are prohibited on Twin Oaks Farm common area trails, sidewalks, walking paths, grassy common areas, and other common spaces, except where specifically authorized by the Association for HOA business, maintenance, emergency response, or similar approved purposes.

Any vehicle operated on public streets must be operated in compliance with Virginia law. Residents are responsible for complying with all state and local laws regarding registration, titling, licensing, safety equipment, and permitted roadway use.

If you witness activity in violation of the above, please report the incident to Prince William County Police using the non-emergency number, or call 911 if there is an immediate safety concern. If possible, take a photo, note the date, time, and location and give this information to the responding authorities. Forward any photographs, written statements, and police incident report numbers to Keymont Community management. Documentation is necessary for the Association to take appropriate enforcement action.

Thanks to Nicholas Sharp and his Eagle Scout project we now have a Gaga Pit next to the basketball court on Maple Ridge. The rules and instructions are posted next to the Pit. Please enjoy this addition to our community playground.

The dumpsters have arrived and are currently located in two designated areas within the community.

The dumpster located near the clubhouse/pool is for organic materials only, including yard waste, grass clippings, tree branches, and similar landscaping debris.
The dumpster located on Holly Leaf Court is designated for household items and general trash.
Please note that the following items are NOT permitted in the roll-off dumpster on Holly Leaf Court:

Metal items
Tires
Tree stumps
Dead animals
Propane tanks
Yard waste (must be placed in the dumpster by the clubhouse)
Carpet
Concrete or rocks
Construction debris
Oil
Gasoline
Paint

Twin Oaks Farm Residents,

VDOT has been working to clear roadways and improve travel conditions throughout Woodbridge and within the community.

Disposal Services has determined that, for the safety of their teams, they will not be operating in communities on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. Please plan accordingly and expect trash service to resume on Friday, January 30, 2026.

Freezing temperatures are expected to continue through early next week. Residents are asked to use caution when walking throughout the community. Areas that melt during the day may become slick and icy as temperatures drop after sunset.

Thank you for your patience as post-storm operations and cleanup continue.

Reminders:
>Resident Snow Removal Responsibilities:
+Residents are responsible for clearing snow and ice from the
following areas:
-Driveways
-Stoops
-Lead walks
-Sidewalks directly in front of their homes
+Homes located on pipestem driveways share responsibility for
clearing the pipestem access.
>Vehicles & Street Access:
+All vehicles should be removed from community streets in
advance of the storm and remain off the streets during snow
removal operations.
+This is necessary to allow for safe passage of emergency vehicles
and to enable plows to effectively clear roadways.
>Roadway Snow Removal (VDOT):
+Streets within Twin Oaks Farm are serviced by VDOT.
+For updates on plowing operations, please refer to the VDOT
snow operations and plow tracking resources.
+Please note that VDOT prioritizes main roadways and arterial
routes before residential neighborhoods.
>Power Outages: In the event of a power outage, please contact
your electric service provider directly.

Dear Twin Oaks Farm Residents,

This is a reminder that Prince William County Pet Regulations state that all pets must be leashed when outside of the owner's property.

We've recently had several complaints from other residents of owners walking their dogs off leash. Please keep them on a leash at all times when walking in the community for your safety and the safety of other residents. Owners should have complete control and immediate recall of their pets and not have them leave their property when unleashed.

Residents who need to report incidents where pet owners are not leashing their pets, can contact the Prince William County Police Non-Emergency Phone number (703)792-6500.
