"Take a break from incessantly posting about your job, your relationship, your kids, your favorite sports team, your political/religious views, every single meal you consumed on a random Fall day (not like we haven't seen a Chipotle Burrito before, and take the time to do something for other people.
Too many self-absorbed, self-serving, selfish people and social media only magnifies that stigma.
Replace the sympathy with empathy.
It's disturbing to see people yearn for attention/pity and request validation for their "complaints." You have a computer or a mobile device to "complain" on to an audience full of "friends." Life can't be that bad, you are still alive.
Until your six-feet deep, in a cell, or in hell.
Life is Good."
