Port Reading First Aid Squad The Port Reading First Aid Squad was founded in September of 1970. We also provide mutual aid services to our neighboring towns.

For almost 50 years, we have been dedicated to providing the highest quality pre-hospital emergency medical treatment and transportation to residents and visitors of Woodbridge Township. For over 40 years, we have been dedicated to providing the best quality pre-hospital emergency medical treatment and care to the members of our local community that may need our assistance. We cover the town of Po

rt Reading and parts of Sewaren within Fire/EMS District #2 in Woodbridge Township. In order to provide exceptional service to our local community, especially the residents of Port Reading, we are currently and actively seeking new volunteer members and experienced Emergency Medical Technicians for employment. We offer a variety of positions and are very flexible with volunteer hours, but most of all, we are willing to work with you! We are especially looking for individuals who are either established as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or are willing to train to become an EMT.
