The summer kitchen is coming along. My goal is to have a roof over it before summer and doing well. It’s going to have an 8’ SS prep table, sink, 2-burner stove, and two Ooni pizza ovens that are heated with twigs to 1,000 degrees or only about 900 with propane. It’s snowing and I’m out of lumber until Wednesday when I can get back to the mill. It’s all local spruce milled about 10 miles away.
