We are mindful musicians dedicated to sharing heartful music with diverse communities across the New England region.

Are you looking for a unique musical community that celebrates both Western and Chinese classical music fostering original student compositions? Applications and auditions for our brand-new Mindful Chamber Orchestra are now open. If your child plays the violin, viola, or cello and wants to be part of this exciting new journey, we would love to meet them! 🎻 Mindful Musicians Chamber Orchestra Auditions are now open for the 2026–2027 season!

More than an orchestra — this is a space where young musicians explore creativity, friendship, culture, and community through music. ✨

At Mindful Musicians, students will:
• Perform Chinese music with Western instruments
• Play student original compositions
• Participate in community service performances
• Experience conducting opportunities
• Build friendships through rehearsal social time
• Receive priority access to free workshops in composition, conducting, music history, and more

We welcome passionate young musicians who want to create, collaborate, and share music with the community. 🎶

Music has a beautiful way of bringing people together ✨

On May 9th in Concord, MA, our young musicians shared their music, joy, and confidence with the community through a heartfelt performance. From every note played to every smile shared, it was a reminder that music can inspire connection across generations. 🎻🎹

🎨 When the music began, expression followed.

On April 25 at the Lexington Community Center,
we gathered for a beautiful Expressive Arts Therapy Workshop ✨

Through a series of musical excerpts,
participants explored their feelings using colors, lines, and shapes.

They drew with one hand, both hands,
sometimes even engaging their whole body —
creating freely in response to the music.

There was no right or wrong,
only space to feel, connect, and express 🤍

Thank you to everyone who joined us,
to Cécile Rêve for her gentle guidance,
and to ARTrelief for the collaboration ✨

At Mindful Musicians’ “Your Child’s First Masterpiece” program, young musicians will explore creative music making, immersive listening, and mindfulness—using music as a way to express, connect, and grow.
