R.S.V.P. Needed Urgently!

All Scouters in the Sons of Liberty District:

Pursuant to the Announcement that you would have received about ten days ago, we need to have a headcount of the people planning to attend the District Recognition Dinner on April 14 – specifically, that is the names and number of people from your household/family who will be a joining us for the meal. The food must be ordered from the caterer no later than Thursday, April 9th, so please notify John Boll by e-mail at [email protected], or by text message at 617-519-1946 no later than Wednesday, April 8th. We don’t want to run of food, nor have too many leftovers (A Scout is Thrifty!)

Thanks to a generous donation by an anonymous Scouter, we are able to hold the price of the meal to $10 per person, which may be paid at the door on April 14th by either cash, check, or Venmo. The dinner will begin at 6:00, with the Annual Election of District Officers and District Members-at- Large and Awards presentations commencing at 7 o’clock. The menu includes: Baked Meatballs, Chicken-Broccoli-Ziti in Garlic & Oil, Chicken Parmigiana and Garden Salad.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this request.

For your reference, here is the text of the e-mailed notice that you would have received from the Spirit of Adventure Council:
