My name is Molly Perry and I am the baker and owner of MollyBakes. Last year, the Side Hustle Market was the first time I set up as a vendor at an event. Since then, I’ve set up at multiple events, started a bakery stand at my home, and baked a multitude of custom cookie cake orders while working full time and raising two kids. My side hustle has remained exactly that: a supplement to my income that allows me to fund fun trips and activities for my family. The 2025 Side Hustle Market was my jumping off point and gave me the confidence I needed to keep going! I’m excited to be back this year!

VENDOR SPOTLIGHT! Come check out today at 5!!

We’re a coffeeshop, mercantile and home-away-from-home tucked in the heart of Camp Bethel. We love creating yummy things and a cozy space for friend hangouts, deck sitting, fireside studying, or just getting away for a few… our goal is to love BIG through what we create and how we serve. Since last year we’ve really worked to grow our online presence so our community can learn about us, and have expanded our hours from three days to six days a week! That also means learning a ton about how to steward our time and grow our team. We love the Side Hustle Market because it gives us a chance to meet new faces, see what our neighbors are building, and grow together!

VENDOR SPOTLIGHT!! Check out .sourdough tomorrow at the 5th annual side hustle market!

My name is Sierra Hall— the owner of Wise Co. Sourdough. I’m a 25-year-old mother of two, who stumbled upon bread making, and have turned it into a six figure job.

I founded WCSD as a stay at home mom looking for supplemental income to provide for my family, and it has quickly grown into my full-time job.

The Side Hustle Market jumpstarted my sourdough journey, and in just a year since I have grown in over 65,000 followers through social media, developed a reliable reputation within my local community, and have learned a lot of what it takes to be a successful business owner.

Among the many crucial things I’ve learned along the way, I find a couple to be the most important. One, be consistent in what you do, never let the quality of your work lessen with a larger workload, and don’t be discouraged if nobody buys from you. I’ve been there. Don’t give up. And two, stay true to yourself. Remember why you started your journey, and don’t let the opinions of others alter your morals.

Our first year at the side hustle market was great! I was able to chat with other small business owners, gain feedback from community members, and get my name out there. I, of course, couldn’t miss the opportunity to have a full-circle moment and come back for the second year.
