Dear Clients,
Ruby's Pantry has closed its operations on March 31, 2026. If you made a purchase for a share using the Express Track Reservation system, please contact your credit card company and dispute the charges for this transaction. You should be able to tell them the date, amount, and merchant name (Ruby's Heart-Ruby's Pantry). Please communicate that this is invalid and that the company will not deliver the promised share of food/product. Our site leaders in Wisconsin Rapids have been unable to communicate with leaders at the Ruby's Pantry Company. Please work with your financial institution that made the payment to reverse it, as this is a charge you can dispute and for which you are entitled to a refund. The Wisconsin Rapids site does not process these transactions, so please work with your financial institution to process your dispute.

Immanuel Lutheran Church and School has hosted a Ruby's Pantry pop-up food pantry at Pitsch Early Learning School for the past 12 years. During this time, on the third Saturday of each month, families have been blessed with a share of food and the support of dedicated volunteers who generously give their time and talents to strengthen our community.

Our site has also been supported by many community partners, helping make the Wisconsin Rapids location a place where guests receive not only food, but also prayer, encouragement, and support for life’s challenges.

On March 31, 2026, all Ruby’s Pantry sites will close, effective immediately. Below is the information our site was provided with. Additional communication may be shared in the future as more information becomes available.

Greetings,

Over the past several months, we have been thoughtfully realigning the work, structure, and focus of Ruby’s Pantry to ensure our mission remains at the center of everything we do. As part of this process, we have worked to better align community needs with our goal of operating in the most effective and seamless way possible.



As a result, we have decided to end the operations of Ruby’s Pantry effective immediately. We recognize that this is difficult news to receive and do not take this decision lightly.



God has blessed Ruby’s for over 20 years, and it has been an incredible journey. It all started from a vision to help others through a single blessing box. We are truly grateful for your contributions and dedication throughout your time with Ruby’s Pantry. Thank you for the important role you have played on this journey and for the impact you have made in service of our mission

If you’re picking up a pre-pay Express Bundles… PLEASE come within your 15 minute time frame.

When online pre-pay pick ups come within their 15 minute time frame they are guaranteed food. No need to get there early if you pre-paid!
