Any food we collect will go directly to share tables and share sheds around Lincoln County, as well as with our Community Routes programming. We appreciate you and any support you are able to provide!

We open for the summer TOMORROW (Saturday, May 30)! We can't wait to see you all again. After our regular hours 11am-5pm tomorrow, we'll be kicking our event season off with an Edible Insect Happy Hour event, starting at 5pm - grab your tickets now and don't miss it!

And, of course, we'll be offering our Flavors of Maine class series all summer long, with at least one class offered each day - we hope you'll sign up for one and see what we're all about!

Opening day is Saturday,May 30 and we can't wait to see you! We're changing up our Tasting Room schedule for 2026 and here's what you need to know:

👉Friday–Monday, 11am–5pm: Full bar menu (full pours, cocktails, mocktails, flights) charcuterie boards, soft pretzels, warm cookies and more - the full Tasting Room experience you know and love.

👉Tuesday–Thursday, 12–5pm: Full pours of Maine-made beer, wine, cider, mead, seltzers, teas, coffees, and sodas, plus a small selection of snack flights and packaged snacks from our retail shop. The kitchen is closed but there's still plenty to sip and snack on!

No matter which day you visit, our Flavors of Maine classes will be available! Catch Flavors of Maine 101 seven days a week at noon, or join us for a special topic class Sunday through Wednesday at 3pm. Visit our website to register for Flavors of Maine, or sign up in person in the Tasting Room.

Start your summer with a trip outside your comfort zone! 🐛 On May 30th, join us at Maine Tasting Center in Wiscasset for an Edible Insect Happy Hour. Meet the Maine producers leading the way in one of food's most exciting and sustainable frontiers, Invertebration out of Athens and Entosense, Inc out of Lewiston.

Edible insect appetizers are included with your ticket, and our cash bar will be serving drinks including cocktails/mocktails featuring edible insects. Our first class of the 2026 season is NEXT WEEK! On Tuesday, May 5th, join Jeff Mao of Knead & Nosh in our Learning Center for a hands-on evening of dumpling making and tea tasting. Jeff will teach you how to make Har Gow (crystal skin shrimp dumplings) plus a side dish, all paired with white teas from Little Red Cup Tea specifically chosen to pair well with the meal. Along the way, Jeff will teach you what makes white tea so unique, from flavor to processing.

We are so excited to kick off our summer class calendar with this evening of cooking, sipping, and learning with one of our favorite instructors - we hope you'll join us!

Seaweed Saturday at was a blast! The weather was gorgeous, the crowds were enthusiastic, and the company was unbeatable. Over the course of the event, we sampled out Kelp Kimchi from , Dulse-a-rita from , Lemon & Seaweeds Cookies from and Kelp Pistachio Fudge from . A great line up of delicious Maine-made products, made possible with support from .
