Inc.ubate Coworking has a goal: To connect innovative, entrepreneurial and small business professionals in Winthrop, East Boston, and Revere to one another, and the business resources they need to succeed and grow the region’s economic ecosystem. founded Inc.ubate Coworking in 2016 for those professionals in the area who were seeking a new way to work. The company is inspired by Michael’s experience working from other coworking locations around the world – combined with the need for revitalization of Winthrop’s Downtown.

Happy Founder’s Friday Everyone!

Super excited to say that the second annual Lynn Film Festival will be happening this year from October 1-5th at the Lynn Music Foundation Neal Rantoul Vault Theatre.

We’ve got some amazing films and themes for the Lynn Community and beyond and will be offering the festival free of charge this year.

To create better access to the festival and keeping it free to attend, we are looking for some sponsors to make it happen. Sponsorship options and levels are on the second slide here.
