Hey Winthrop Harbor fans, come help your community on Tuesday evening at the Schlaeder building. We will be stuffing eggs for the Lions Winthrop Harbor Easter egg hunt. Come and help! Many hands make light work. 6:00 pm.

Winthrop Harbor Lions President Woody Ingram recently presented a check to Winthrop Harbor Mayor Mike Bruno. This donation will be used to purchase and install security cameras inside the Schlader Recreation Center. The Lions continue to support the village and recreation department as they have for over 65 years.

WH Lion President Woody Ingram and Lion Jack Whitmore presents a check for $2400 for the Northern Illinois Food Bank. The club also donated many boxes of food collected at their weekly Bingo sessions.

Winthrop Harbor Lion President Woody Ingram and Lion Gene Walton presenting gift cards and a check to the Hernandez family. The Hernandez family lost their home/contents to a house fire on Christmas Eve. The Winthrop Harbor Lions received a $1000 emergency disaster grant from the District and the club matched those funds.
Once again the Lions stepped up fulfilling their motto - "We Serve".
