The Winthrop Harbor Pageant and Community Service Program Recognizes that the future of this community depends upon the leader ship qualities of today’s youth. We believe that involvement in Community service should be encouraged, and in order to be a strong female leader, a young woman must be a well- rounded individual. Not only should she be able to challenge herself scholastically, but she mus

t also be poised and comfortable with herself in learned and natural talents. It Is our goal to help each and every young woman who passes through our system to become a woman with strong morals and self-esteem.

Our 2026 Pageant marks a very special milestone: Cindy’s 10th Anniversary as Director. 🔟

At the Pageant, we honored her with a special 10-Year Anniversary Pin, beautiful flowers, and a very sentimental gift created just for her.

We reached out to every group of queens she had directed since 2016, and we are excited to share that we have received one representative, or more, from every year you have served as Director, who shared heartfelt words about why they appreciate her and the impact she has had on their lives.

We also reached out to Founder Linda, Former Director Shawna, Past Queen Parents, and every Town Director in LCIS, including LCIS Director Andrea, to share their own words of appreciation for you.

What we received is a collection of gratitude, memories, and heartfelt messages from the people whose lives you have touched throughout your 10 years as a Director.

Thank you to everyone who was a part of this surprise! Congratulations on a decade, Cindy! Here’s to celebrating you and all that the future holds! 👑

Feeling so incredibly blessed for all the love and support as I celebrate my 10th year as The Winthrop Harbor Pageant Director!

Thank you to everyone for the amazing words, kind messages, and for making this day so incredibly special. I feel beyond blessed and so grateful for each and every one of you! Your love and support truly mean more than you know.

A very special shoutout to my amazing daughter and co-Director, Rhiannon Graham, for putting all of this together, as well as our new co-Director, Skylar Schneider! I know this was a lot of work, and I truly appreciate both of you and all of your hard work, dedication, and love for the Winthrop Harbor Pageant.

Thank you again to everyone for all the love, support, and for helping make celebrating 10 years such a special and unforgettable day! I am so grateful for this pageant, our queens, our community, and all of the amazing people who have been part of this journey.
