Our next meeting will be Monday at 6:30 at the city park’s North shelter. All parents are welcome to join. Bring a dish and a drink if you’d like to join!

Don’t forget Member Shirt Orders!!!!

Students are required to have a black member shirt with the band logo. These are worn at parades and competitions throughout the season.

If you select “pick up at the high school” during checkout, your student will not receive their shirt until Band Camp in August.

The shop is open until June 14, 2026.

I highly recommend ordering:

Two member shirts, OR
One member shirt and one show shirt (show shirts will be released later this summer)

To our amazing band seniors — what a journey it has been! 🎶🖤🎵💛

From early morning practices to late-night performances, bus rides, laughter, inside jokes, and unforgettable halftime shows, you’ve left your mark on this program in more ways than you know. You brought energy, leadership, talent, and heart to every single performance.

Thank you for the memories, the music, and the example you set for the younger students following in your footsteps. While we’re sad to see you go, we are so excited for all the incredible things ahead of you.

No matter where life takes you next, you’ll always have a place in this band family. Once a part of the band, always a part of the band. 🎵🎺🥁🎷🎵

We’re proud of our junior high band!! Great job.

The Winterset JH Concert Band received a I+ rating at the SCIBA Middle School Large Group Festival at Knoxville High School on Saturday. 🏆 This is the highest rating a band can receive at this event and we are so proud of the hard work and growth they achieved this year! ❤️ They performed “Fragile” by Randall Standridge and “High Water Mark: The Third Day” by Michael Sweeney. Congrats, students!!! 👏👏👏
