Auction rules:
• Online Auction will open from 5pm September 10th, 2025 until 7pm September 12th, 2025.
• Bids must be in $5 increments.
• Run As One Race Directors reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the online auction.
• Auction item purchases are final. No returns or exchanges will be issued, nor is it possible for expiration dates to be extended. All provisi
ons listed in the certificates are subject to availability.
• Run As One Race Directors provides no guarantees, warranties, or servicing of auction items and is not liable for any personal injury or damage to property that may result from the use of the item or service sold.
• To make a bid for an Online Auction item, type the amount you wish to bid in the comment section below the picture of item. Any bids not adhering to this format will be declared invalid and void.
• You may bid on any auction item until the end of the auction on September 12th at 7pm. The official time will be based on the Facebook time posted.
• In the event of a dispute, Run As Run Committee will act as the final authority.
• The winning bidder will be posted in the comment section of each item.
• Auction items will be available for pick-up after the auction closes with special arrangements. Otherwise auction items will be available for pick-up on 9/13/24 at the Winterset City Park from 12pm- 4pm. After the event, special arrangements can be made by contacting Rhonda Lauer.
• Payment for items purchased must be made in full.
• We accept check, cash or Venmo.
• Make checks payable to Run As One For Taylor.

• After multiple attempts to reach a winning bidder, any item left unclaimed will be offered to the next highest bidder and sold.
