Why does BTWI stay involved in the communities they serve?
Because understanding your customers means more than just providing internet, it means understanding their actual needs.
In this clip from Bridging the Gap, BTWI shares why being active in the community helps them provide the right solutions, not just the biggest package. Sometimes it's not about selling more gigabytes, it's about helping customers find what truly works for them.

Come and see what all the fuss is about at The Bakery Unlimited in Winterset!

🍩 You asked for it… so here it is!

After asking Iowa Road Trip followers to name their favorite donut shop in Iowa, I pulled together the full list of reader-recommended bakeries and donut shops from across the state.

More than 40 Iowa donut shops were mentioned, including favorites from Nevada, Winterset, Elkader, Ankeny, Shenandoah, Ottumwa, Grinnell, Cresco, Des Moines, Storm Lake, Sioux City, Pella, Davenport, and many more.

I also organized the list by region, so you can use it to plan your own Iowa donut road trip. 🍩🚗

Did your favorite make the list? And more importantly… what are you ordering first?

From serving rural communities to helping businesses, students, and families stay connected, BTWI is proving that high-speed internet and small-town living can go hand in hand.
