The Madison County Leadership Institute (MCLI) is pleased to announce we are now accepting applications for the 2019 class.
Through a unique nine months, students will engage in interactive classroom sessions and networking opportunities designed specifically to assist emerging leaders. Classes include training on a wide variety of leadership skills including personality traits, effective communication, conflict resolution, business budgeting, business etiquette, and parliamentary procedures. The class will also learn about key leadership opportunities throughout Madison County including governmental, emergency management, education, and agriculture.
This course is a wonderful preparation tool for individuals who are interested in leadership opportunities either within their own organizations, or within the community such as non-profit boards, school or hospital boards, government positions, etc.
The cost for the program is $450. Classes take place once a month on Thursday afternoons from October 2018 through June 2019, with additional time allocated for team building and project planning. Class size is limited, so please act fast. Applications are due by Monday, September 3rd.
