This month's Hams in the Park was at POTA site US-3650 Rock Springs Run. It was a hot one but we had a great time activating the park and enjoying the fellowship.

Hams in the Park is this coming Saturday. It will be in Pota park US-3650 Rock Springs Run State Park. I encourage anyone wishing to partake in pota to have an account created at www.pota.app
The Google Maps link in the event link below takes you to the guest ranch which has a pavilion and a nice field area to set up. I'll be happy to (and im sure others as well) explain pota and get anyone new up and running. Please just come to me and ask (JP Craig, KZ4JW)

It's a bit of a quiet week. Is there any park in Seminole County that we haven't been to and you think would make a good spot for Hams in the Park?

We're looking for:
- good clear field area to set up
- decent parking

Thanks Joe KQ4AID for the presentation at last night's meeting giving us valuable info on hurricane preparedness and what to expect when deploying to the Winter Springs EOC or various shelters to assist in emergency communications.
