Hi there! I’m Kenai, a 1-and-a-half year old smarty-pants with a serious love for sticks 🪵. Seriously, hand me a stick and I’m the happiest dog alive. I’m house and crate trained, super smart, and I learn fast—so training me can actually be fun (just don’t expect me to always stay calm when the leash goes on… I get excited 😅).

I love other dogs, but I like a slow intro—small dogs aren’t really my thing. Kids? I adore them, but I might get a little bouncy around the tiny humans. Car rides? I can be a bit wild, but only because I’m excited to go on adventures… and I give the BEST cuddles once we get there.

I’m a goofy, clever guy who loves affection, sticks, car rides, and learning new things. If you want a smart, silly, and totally lovable buddy to share adventures (and sticks) with, I’m your guy.

Hi, I'm Sophia! I'm about a year old and I'm a husky/shepherd mix with the goofiest smile you've ever seen.

I'm equal parts wild puppy and total cuddle bug. I'll tear around the yard and play until I've burned off every last bit of energy, and then I'll climb right into your lap like that's where I've always belonged. I'm loving, cuddly, and honestly just really funny to be around. I will keep you entertained.

I'm fully housebroken and will let you know when I need to go outside. I'm also crate trained, so I'm comfortable settling in when I need to. At home, I'm pretty well behaved!

I love other dogs and get so excited to play. I can get a little rough, so I do better with medium to larger dogs rather than tiny ones. My ideal home probably doesn't have cats or very young kids either, just because I still have a lot of puppy energy and don't always know my own strength.

On leash I get pretty excited, especially at the start of walks. I pull and bounce around a bit for the first few minutes, but I'm working on it and I pick things up fast.

I do have a sensitive side. I'm a little wary of men at first and do best with a slow, calm introduction. Loud noises and raised voices make me nervous, so a calm household is really where I'd do best.

What makes Sophia special is that she's genuinely just a sweet, goofy girl who wants to love and be loved. She just needs a patient home that will give her the chance to show it.

🎉❤️ Happy Gotcha Day, Carl! ❤️🎉

Seven months ago, we received a heartbreaking call from the shelter about a husky who had been hit by a car and was suffering from a devastating leg fracture. As if that wasn't enough, X-rays also revealed BB pellets in his body, a painful reminder that someone had failed him long before he arrived at the shelter.

Despite everything he had endured, Carl never stopped being sweet. Even while in pain, he was still giving kisses and trusting the people trying to help him.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters, Carl received the emergency surgery he desperately needed. Every donation, every share, every word of encouragement helped give this boy a second chance.

But Carl's journey didn't end with surgery. A very special foster stepped up and devoted months to helping him heal. Through crate rest, recovery, follow-up appointments, and all the challenges that come with caring for a severely injured dog, she never gave up on him. Carl's success story is a direct reflection of her patience, dedication, and love. We are forever grateful for everything she did to help this sweet boy get his life back.

And now, the ending every rescue dreams of...

Carl is officially HOME. ❤️

The best part? Carl's adopter is actually a family friend of his foster mom. They fell in love with him from the very first FaceTime call while he was still recovering. Knowing the incredible bond Carl and his foster shared, it means the world that he was adopted by someone already connected to her. His mom flew to Florida, rented a car, and drove more than 20 hours to bring him home to Boston, where he now has two human brothers who absolutely adore him and a family completely obsessed with him.

From a broken, injured dog who faced an uncertain future in November 2025 to a beloved family member living his best life, Carl's story is everything rescue is about.

Happy Gotcha Day, sweet Carl. Thank you to his amazing foster for never giving up on him, to his wonderful family for loving him so fiercely, and to every supporter who helped make his second chance possible. You fought so hard for this life, and we couldn't be happier for you. ❤️🐾

Hi! I’m Tiramisu, a handsome copper and white husky with beautiful amber eyes and a personality just as sweet as my name.

I’m the total package! I get along great with other dogs, love kids, and I’m housebroken, so I already know my manners at home. I’m a fun, silly boy who loves making people smile with my goofy personality and playful spirit. Whether I’m going for walks, playing with my friends, or just hanging out with my people, I’m always ready to bring some joy and laughter to the day.

Hi, I’m Scooter 🐾. I’m a nearly 2-year-old Siberian Husky mix with the coolest eyes you’ve ever seen (seriously… people stop and stare). I’m a very handsome boy, but I promise I’m even sweeter on the inside.

I’m housebroken, crate trained, great on a leash, good with other dogs, and good with kids

Basically… I’m the full package.

I absolutely love people — all people. Big people, little people, new people. If you have hands, I would like them on me for pets, please. I’m gentle, affectionate, and I have the softest heart. I’ve done amazing with all my fosters because I just really want to be part of the family.

I’m also super smart (Husky brain over here 🧠✨). I love learning and would be so happy to keep working on my manners. I do need a family who understands I can be a little adventurous — escaping looks like a fun game to me, and chickens? Well… they look a little too interesting. So a secure yard and some continued guidance would make me the best boy ever.

My favorite things? Wading in the water like the majestic wolf I am. Talking — oh yes, I will chat with you about my day. Playing with dog friends and cuddling up after a fun adventure

Hi, I’m Karmy 💕—a 7-year-old red and white beauty with the cutest floppy ear you’ve ever seen!

Life didn’t start out easy for me, but wow, things are looking up. I’m learning all about being a “house dog,” and let me tell you, couches are amazing (especially for my silly couch zoomies 🛋️💨).

I’m making great progress with potty training (I’ve got my schedule down!) and crates aren’t so scary anymore—I even eat my meals in mine like a pro. I’ll admit, I’m still working on longer stays, but I’m very food motivated, so training feels like snack time to me.

On walks, I’m a total dream—unless, of course, I catch the scent of a critter, then I get a little excited. My vision isn’t the best, so sometimes I bump into things or need a little guidance, but a kind voice and gentle hand help me shine.

Personality-wise? I’m a calm, quiet girl who saves her energy for cuddles, massages, and belly rubs (the good stuff 🥰). I’m not a barker or a woo-wooer, but who knows—maybe once I’m fully settled, I’ll surprise you with a little Husky song.

I’m still figuring out this whole “play with other dogs” thing and haven’t met kids yet, but I’m open to learning with the right introductions. The truth is, what I really want is to be close to my people. If you sit on the couch, don’t be surprised if I climb right into your lap—I’m basically a pro snuggler.

I may have had a tough past, but today I’m full of love, hope, and sweetness. I’m ready to find my forever family—the one who will see past my challenges and see the amazing heart I have to give. ❤️🐾
