Designed for competitive swimmers ages 8–18, this weekend focuses on the details that can make a real difference in racing β€” faster starts, quicker turns, more efficient strokes, reaction time, power off the blocks, body position, pulling, kicking, breathing and timing. Swimmers also receive personalized feedback and 1-on-1 guidance from PEAK coaches.

Meet Coach Richard Mojica, a Gold Level Coach with 28 years of coaching experience and more than 40 years in aquatic leadership.

For Coach Richard, success is about more than finishing first. It is about developing the whole swimmer through strong technique, mental toughness, confidence, and the ability to keep going when things get hard.

One of his most memorable coaching moments came from helping a swimmer named Jeremy push through frustration and self-doubt. Richard reminded him that winning is not the only measure of success. Sometimes the real victory is refusing to quit.

That mindset is a big part of what Richard values about Peak Performance Swim Camp: developing swimmers mentally, technically, and physically while creating an environment where athletes can reach their full potential.

Thank you, Coach Richard, for sharing your experience, perspective, and passion for helping swimmers grow both in and out of the pool.
