The Ixia Chapter of the Florida Native Plant Society, in collaboration with CoRK Arts District, is excited to announce that planning is underway for the return of Floribunda this October!
Celebrating Florida’s unique biodiversity through art, Floribunda brings together artists whose work is inspired by native plants, natural landscapes, and the wild beauty of Florida. If you missed the opportunity to participate last time, now is your chance!

The Call for Artists is officially open now through August 15. Artists will be notified by September 1st if their work has been selected.

Are you an artist, or do you know one, who incorporates native plants, nature scapes, or wild Florida into their work? We would love to see your submission.

📸✨ Celebrate Florida’s Wild Beauty with Orange Audubon! ✨📸
Join us for the 38th Annual Kit & Sidney Chertok Florida Native Nature Photography Contest Awards and experience some of the most breathtaking wildlife and nature photography from across the Sunshine State.

As we celebrate Orange Audubon’s 60th year of conservation, education, and advocacy, we’ll also recognize this year’s outstanding photography contest winners. Awards will be presented following the program by contest chair Teresa Williams.

Bring your friends, family, and fellow nature lovers for an evening of inspiration and appreciation for Florida’s incredible natural heritage.

Join Orange Audubon for a celebration of Florida’s natural beauty at our June 18th program, the 38th Annual Kit and Sidney Chertok Florida Native Nature Photography Contest Awards. Enjoy stunning images from across the state and help us celebrate Orange Audubon’s 60th year of conservation and education. Contest winners will be announced and awards presented at the end of the program by contest chair Teresa Williams. Bring your friends and family—we hope to see you there!

🌿 Join us on Sunday 6/14 for a morning of hands-on conservation at Mead Botanical Garden!

Help us restore and maintain our demonstration habitats, including Sandhill, Xeric Hammock, and Scrubby Flatwoods. Volunteers will assist with weeding, watering, and possibly installing native plants.

📍 Mead Botanical Garden, Winter Park

Whether you’re a native plant enthusiast or simply looking to spend a few hours outdoors doing something meaningful, we’d love to have you join us.

Bring water, gloves, a hat, and sunscreen.

Registration is appreciated (see QR code on flyer), but walk-ins are welcome.
