Turning 40 is a milestone. It’s also a time to talk about mammograms. 💗

For women at average risk, the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force recommends a mammogram every two years from ages 40 through 74. Your personal risk may call for a different plan, so talk with your healthcare provider.

To the women in our Indian American community: between work, family and everything else on your calendar, make room for this appointment.

Save this reminder. Share it with someone you love.
