Join us Sat Nov 12 at noon, at the Orlando Premiere 14- at Fashion Square Mall, as we host a screening of the Black Panther Sequel, Wakanda Forever.
Ryan Cooper's films tend to unveil unspoken truths about fatherhood and how it effects the familial legacy and children. In particular, his film Black panther highlighted the relationship between King T'Challa and his involved father, the late King T'chaka; In the wake of T'chaka's death T'challa feared he did not have the tools he needed to inherit the throne and become the great leader his father once was. As he was met with challenges, it was his father's "spirit" that was able to educate and empower T'challa to succeed in his fight for the throne. As we reflect on the understanding Black panther left us with about the impact of an involved father in a child's life, we are excited to see how T'chaka was able to provide those same tools to succeed to his daughter, prior to his death as the film follows her fight against adversity.
Our screening event, is the perfect time for our community's fathers to spend some quality time with their child(ren) while enjoying the film in the wake of the premiere. Fathers please be sure to you have completed our registration form prior to reserving a ticket for this viewing. You are able to reserve a ticket for yourself and up to 2 children. Popcorn and drink combos are available for pre purchase at a discounted rate of $8. If you do not pre purchase your popcorn and drink combo(s) you are subject to full retail price at the counter.
