The Orwin Manor Westminster Association is a voluntary membership neighborhood association for the Orlando and Winter Park residents of the Westminster Section and the Winter Park residents of the Stratford Section of Orwin Manor. Located in Orlando and Winter Park, our neighborhood is along Orange Avenue between 17/92 and Clay Street (just north of Florida Hospital). This section of Orwin Manor w
as started in 1924 and numerous homes date from the mid 1920’s.We are known for our tree lined streets, the eclectic architecture of our homes, the social events we hold in The Park at Orwin Manor, the Mind Your Manor newsletter published quarterly, our great location (just minutes from downtown Winter Park, College Park, Orlando) and most importantly our friendly neighbors.
