Silverhawk Showdown 2026
It takes an entire team working in sync to execute this level of production.

The Silverhawk Showdown is the pinnacle event of Lake Howell NJROTC, where leadership is truly demonstrated.

Each year’s Command builds on the legacy of past Cadets, applying lessons learned, adding their own flavor, and raising the standard. The younger Cadets execute their roles, take notes, preparing for the day it’s their turn to lead.

In NJROTC, leadership positions have meaning.
They are not handed out. They are earned, and continually proven.

2026 Annual Military Inspection was a success.
Inspectors from Cypress Creek were on deck keeping in tradition of the mutual support between our programs. They observed and graded Silverhawk Cadets on all the areas they manage:

-🗂Administration Officer, manages 161 cadet records.
-📋Supply Officer, oversees $150,000 worth of
inventory.
-⚔️Operations Officer, coordinates an average of 30
events per year.
-💥Ordnance Officer, maintains ceremonial and
marksmanship equipment.
-📸Public Affairs Officer, manages social media
channels.
-✈️Aviation Officer, instructs on unmanned & ground
aviation.
-First Lieutenant, resolves issues and keeps things on
track.

Master Chief – Leads training and motivation efforts for the entire unit. 👹

Executive Officer – Ensures all responsibilities are fulfilled. 😡

Commanding Officer – Takes accountability for the entire command. ☠️
