portunities for artists and audiences from all backgrounds. In 2019, the nonprofit Mudita was established in Japan to share diverse art from around the world with Japanese youth in the most accessible way--through the idea of “empathy.” After many successful years in Japan with innovative missions and programs, the American branch--Mudita America--aims to expand Mudita’s shared vision of spreading empathetic connections through art experiences.
