Six weeks. Twenty-five professionals. One inaugural cohort. 🎉

Two weeks ago, we celebrated the very first graduating class of The Skills Studio, a Winter Park Professional program of the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce.

Over six weeks, this group explored the skills that can shape how we show up, communicate, build trust, navigate challenges, and grow in our careers — including:

- Generations in the Workplace
- Showing Up
- Difficult Conversations
- Influence Without a Title
- Connection & Community

But the best part of The Skills Studio? The people.

Twenty-five professionals from across our community showed up curious, open, and ready to learn from one another and built connections that we hope will continue long after the six weeks ended.
