***Faith Xtreme Academy position now opening***

God has truly blessed Faith Xtreme Academy by allowing us to grow from 7 students our first year to 33 this year. We currently have three full-time teachers and are looking for a part-time employee to: help out in the afternoon hours, fill in as a substitute when needed, and drive a 15 passenger van to drop off Kids after school.

There is also an additional 10 hours available each week working with children in our Faith Xtreme after school Bible clubs and organizing donations at our Resource Center. The proposed schedule would be 1:30 to 3:30, Monday through Friday, at Faith Xtreme Academy. Faith Xtreme clubs would be from 3:45 to 5:45

Starting pay is $18 an hour, with a full-time position likely available beginning in 2027. Applicants should be committed Christians who would have 3 references from a local church, clean driving record, and able to pass a level two background check.

12 years ago, Dallas was 13 years old, floating down a river in North Carolina. This was one of our first Faith Xtreme trip to the mountains. He recently told me how FX made a significant impact in his life, causing him to seek out God‘s purpose for his life, and not follow the patterns he saw all around him.

Fast forward to today. He is a young father, 25, who owns a plumbing business. When he found out that we were needing plumbing work on the third classroom for Faith Xtreme Academy, he told me “I really want to be part of what you’re doing in the community.”

How cool is that all these years later he is now giving back into the organization that invested in him.

How is this for a before and after?
We laid down 5000 ft.² of sod today, in just 4 hours. My FX teens from Winter Haven (invested their Saturday to work along side these kids from the Mulberry. Together they finished a beautiful l new soccer field. This is just the next part of the Mulberry Refuge we have been working on for the past year.

Our mission is to do here what we have done for Winter Haven in the past 20 years - provide a safe place for these children to play teambuilding games, eat a hot meal, and learn the purpose Jesus has for their lives.

I’ve got some great video that we will upload later tonight. Are you excited to see what God is doing and how he is using these children to accomplish it?

It's here! By God's provision we have added a third classroom to Faith Xtreme Academy. This will allow us to reach even more children that desperately need this kind of individual and quality education.

Jenny began this vision 2 years ago, to reach the community she grew up in that now only sees a 27% graduation rate. That should not be acceptable and is completely preventable. Last year we had 10 students, this year we are on track to reach 30.
